Birth Support Package

Includes 2-3 prenatal meetings with phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy
On-call from 38 weeks
Continuous support throughout your labor and birth, and the immediate hours postpartum
One postpartum follow-up visit,
Continued phone/text/email support during the 4th trimester
Total cost: $3250

Postpartum Support

3-4 hour scheduled visits: 1 full hour virtual meeting to establish goals
Services included: newborn care and parent education, lactation education, light meal prep, baby/birth parent related house cleaning,
On-demand text support as needed
Resources and referrals based on individual need
Total cost: $60/hour
